1. GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Consulting Manager, your main focus is creating and closing business opportunities. Be able to Identify and to articulate customers’ issues. In doing so, you will build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities for WeCloud’s services at the Vietnam & ASEAN market. You are also expected to be able to eventually close these opportunities successfully. You will participate in marketing activities, actively hunt for new leads, meet prospects at their offices or via video conferencing, qualify these prospects, give sales presentations and demos, respond to RFI/RFP’s, and skillfully manage the contract negotiations.

 

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Seeking clients to sell ITSM solutions and consulting services
  • Develop a network of potential clients who are interested in ITSM solutions and services
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients
  • Supporting the SM director to build marketing events with vendors and partners
  • Working closely with other Sales and Technical teams within Wecloud to grow the business
  • Working closely with vendors and partners to grow the business
  • Managing customers’ expectations
  • Focusing on growing ITSM/ESM opportunities related to BMC Software, Ivanti, and IBM solutions
  • Supporting the SM director to continually improve the Sales/Support processes
  • Creating and executing your sales plan
  • Building up business network within a targeted group
  • Understanding business processes and challenges in prospects’ environments
  • Developing and preparing commercial proposals
  • Administering and updating opportunities details and follow-up actions promptly and accurately in our CRM system
  • Continually assessing and recommending top-5 vendors (based on Gartner’s report) to the SM director
  • Reporting directly to the SM Director.

  • You should have a proven sales track record and experience in B2B software sales. By acting as a trusted business partner who can discuss business processes with the customers.
  • You should be able to articulate the expertise needed based on issues identified and solicit the assistance of internal resources to enhance the winning of the sales opportunities.
  • You are a goal getter, proactive, tenacious, flexible, and highly motivated.
  • You can bounce back from failures quickly and are not afraid to try again with new approaches.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • In depth knowledge and relationships with the key customers in the financial and telecommunications sectors
  • Proven commercial skills in a new business position – At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in selling software, and consultancy services
  • Preferably, Experience with ITSM/ESM solutions or the Internal Organization for Standardization (ISO) related solutions (ISO 20000 or ISO 27001)
  • Experience with creating and executing a sales plan
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Analytical, Hands-on and Customer oriented
  • Self-motivated team player and an excellent networker
  • Fluent in English and a second language
  • Minimum level of travelling may be required
